In need of some answers and advices

Post by alehammered »

Hi guys , i brewed and bottled my first Bock on the first of may, when i did a sample test from the primatry fermenter (i got a little tap that i can use so no need to open the fermenter) the beer was tasting the awesomeness, then i use coopers priming sugars , put 2 tabs in each 710ml bottles then bottled.

After a week i decided to get a test from the bottle , and the beer looked like coca-cola and did taste a little weird, is it because shes too young ( im planning on letting it age for 2 month) or is it becuase i fail lol.

I wanna know because i got a batch of ale fermenting with kenting hops and i tasted it today and i almost cried since it was so good and i dont wanna lose it when bottling or whatever!!

Thanks guys!!

What kind of tastes are you getting. Something other than tasting weird will let us know to an certain extent
what you are experiencing. Could be a young beer taste.

2-3 weeks in the bottle minimum, at least for me.
