I transferred mine to secondary today...my wife asked if we ha sewer gas in the house :O

2 Ciders are in secondary, one in the keg for secondary. Still a slight sulfur taste, will this depreciate as the ciders sit?

I can't believe how strong these finished

US-04 OG - 1.055 FG .999 = 7.5%
Both US-05 batches OG - 1.055 FG .991 = 8.5%

Dry/Tart but still has apple character to it, oddly enough almost comparable to a Riesling

Kegged and Charging
1) Marzen
2) Starsan...

In Primary

So long as the cider can off-gas (eg isn't in a sealed container), the sulfur will continue to fade. Im2hoping to keg mine in a week!

Perfect for the 2 in carboys, not so good for the kegged cider. I keep pulling the release pin every 3 days to see if it will pull a bit of the sulfur taste out.

As for the beer names, you have to have fun with it lol
