2 Ciders are in secondary, one in the keg for secondary. Still a slight sulfur taste, will this depreciate as the ciders sit?

I can't believe how strong these finished

US-04 OG - 1.055 FG .999 = 7.5%
Both US-05 batches OG - 1.055 FG .991 = 8.5%

Dry/Tart but still has apple character to it, oddly enough almost comparable to a Riesling

On Tap
1) La Raison de "Saison"
2) Black Lagers Matter (black lager)
3) Uncle Dunkel

Kegged and Charging

2) Starsan...
3) Starsan...

In Primary
1) Cider
2) Cider
3) Cider

In Secondary
1) It's Porter to 11 Vanilla Porter
2) Starsan
3) Starsan

So long as the cider can off-gas (eg isn't in a sealed container), the sulfur will continue to fade. Im2hoping to keg mine in a week!

Perfect for the 2 in carboys, not so good for the kegged cider. I keep pulling the release pin every 3 days to see if it will pull a bit of the sulfur taste out.

As for the beer names, you have to have fun with it lol
