Crab apple mistake

Hey there! So I have tried to make crab apple wine. Unfortunately I think I was too greedy with my alcohol content desire...

Basically my wine tastes great! And like sugar. What can I do to fix this? Like I am sure I can split it and dilute it with water, add yeast and let it do its thing. But I feel that would dilute the flavour significantly.

So my question is how can I dilute it without compromising flavour and not adding lots of sugar? (or should I even worry about adding more sugar through juice for example?)
