My wife has requested a batch, and when I told her that it should be drinkable in two or three weeks, she ran out today and bought four litres of apple juice. I recently got a few varieties of wine yeast, so we'll see how this goes. If it turns out great, I'll likely be doing 20+ l batches by the end of September.
I got 3 gal of unpasteurized apple cider today from the grower. He told me to put it in the freezer if I wasn't going to use it in the next week, otherwise it would turn to alcohol. I've got to get some commercial yeast to try this.
