Water profile for GLB Canuck / Rhyme and Reason (Ontario)

Post by onmyword »

Hi All,

For some time I've been trying to make an APA/IPA similar to GLB Canuck / Rhyme and Reason but I think I'm missing the mark on the chloride and sulfate amounts & ratios.

Wondering if anyone has managed to 'clone it' water(mouthfeel)-wise

Cheers!

Kal's site is where I get my recipes from. For an IPA the sulphate ratio is quite high compared to the chloride level. Check out his recipes.
