Dry Hopping and Gelatin

I crash cooled my IPA and want to dry hop and use gelatin. Which first? Add gelatin then dry hop? Dry hop then use gelatin? I read that dry hopping works best at room temp? Is this true? Unsure of what to do.

Dry hop at room temp for a few days, then cold crash it for at least 24 hours before gelatining it. Sorry for the late response.
