Brewing tomorrow a 100% Extract beer. I bought a pail of United Canada Malt extract to brew some partial mash beers during the winter. This pail is bloody heavy though. 66 lbs. Will be making cider tomorrow for the first time. Mangrove Apple and Pear.

I have at the moment

Big IPA - 10 gallons
Saison - 5 gallons (Cold crashing and gelatin fining)
Winter Spice - 5 gallons (Cold crashing)
Best Bitter - 5 gallons

Those are all in fermentors right now. I have an Oatmeal IPA on tap that turned out ok.

I brewed a lot of beer over the summer and into the fall, more than I ever have really. I was fortunate enough to have a bit more time on my hands.

Red IPA
Hefeweisen
Saison (won bronze at Beau's Oktoberfest)
Brett farmhouse
NEIPA (won silver at Beau's Oktoberfest)
Double NEIPA
Wet-hopped hefeweisen
Wet-hopped Black IPA
Wet-hopped NEIPA

Now I have a whole bunch of stuff on my never-ending to-brew list...

Dark Farmhouse
Imperial breakfast stout
Schwarzbier
Sam Adam's clone-ish
etc
etc

I’m a newbie, just bottled my first batch. It’s an Irish Stout extract and specialty grain mix. Tasted fantastic out of the bottling bucket, 2-3 weeks now to plan my next batch. Thinking a lager.....

Here's a picture of my Irish Stout..... Looks jet black but as you can see going through the tube its actually a very dark red. Sampled some before bottling and it is fantastic. Super happy for my first Brew. Can't take all the credit, my Brother was home from Vancouver (Vanbrewers) and he was instrumental in coming up with the recipe.
