Maritime transplant

Post by esjay92 » 2 years ago

Hi everyone. Looking forward to keeping tabs and learning from you in this forum. Originally from Quispamsis,NB but living in the NWT where I began brewing.
Moving on from extract I am into all grain with a grainfather and a 7gal ss chronicle.
Currently have American pale ale in the fermenter. Used pacific ale yeast from white labs to switch things up. After sipping the starter I think it's gonna be fruity.
Happy Thanksgiving!
