With no doors on it and just a board over the hole I was able to get to 48F in about 10 minutes.
I'll get some better pics later when my mess is cleaned up.
The chamber is raised for Gravity pour to kegs. Storage above and below.

I insulated with 2" styrofoam with the foil on it. Once I figured out that the thermostat of the A/C unit needs to be bypassed I could even pull off lagers in the summer.

Are you using this also to warm up ? If so , what are you using as a heater ?
I just built 2 STC 1000 controllers , one for the fridge and one to heat with . I was thinking of using a hair dryer if I can find a lower wattage travel size dryer .
